On October 7, despite the security guards of MOS Town at Ma On Shan, New Territories, tried to dissuade the police from entering the private property without search warrant, the riot police entered into the mall by force and caught at least one citizen.Remark – relevant 5 security guards of MOS Town were charged “obstruct a police officer in the execution of his duty” by Shatin district, Hong Kong Police, on October 9, two days after the incident.

10 月 7 號晚上在新界馬鞍山新港城中心，在無搜查令下多名防暴警察暴力闖入，保安員嘗試阻擋但失敗，最後防暴警察衝入商場範圍並拘捕最少一個人。備註: 警方於十月九日拘捕年齡介乎 28 至 62 歲的三男兩女，涉嫌「阻礙辦公」，案件由沙田警區重案組第二隊跟進，五人獲准保釋候查。

On 7th October, police chased at Nathan Road in Mongkok, Kowloon. When there was no sight of protesters, police, without obtaining any search warrant, attempted to step into a private building block and reporters were being driven by shields and batons without any proper reason, thus they were unable to perform reporting.

In Tai Po, New Territories, the police rudely yelled at a family of 3 walking around the Tai Po Centre on Oct 5 after dinner requesting them to leave and back home without any proper reason. The police further warned that they could arrest the family on a charge of “illegal assembly”.
